Contributions resulted from research projects
  1. Contributions to achieve a uniform jurisprudence in matters of conflicts of interest, the first national case-law on the protection of National Cultural Heritage (NCH), confirmed by the High Court of Cassation and Justice. Recovery and repatriation of ancient treasures belonging to the NCH. Dissemination of expertise by publishing the first investigative methodology, collections of laws and case law on NCH for universities and practitioners. Co-founder, specialized structures, anticorruption, organized crime and NCH for the Public Ministry and the Romanian Police.
  2. Organization of international conferences on cooperation and exchange of good practices in the matter of criminal investigation, fighting the crimes against cultural heritage, followed by the publication of the conference volumes, in Romanian and English.
  3. Participation as expert in national and international projects on the protection of the cultural heritage: the international Twinning Project – between the Agency for European Integration and Economic Development of Austria and the Ministry of Culture of Romania: “Institutional strengthening, developing secondary legislation and training in relation to the Mobile Cultural Heritage and Mobile Cultural Assets” - RO/06/IB/OT/03 PHARE contract (expert 2007-2008). International representation of Romanian expertise in fighting crime against the European Cultural Heritage: L’oro dei Daci, Convegno di studi, Accademia di Romania in Roma, 13-14 May 2009; Rencontre régionale sur la protection des biens culturels en Europe du sud-est, 5-6 June 2014, Belgrade.
